8 Male puppies available (girls all sold), a variety of coat textures (waves vs tight curls) some of the pups have hind dew claws and white chest/chin markings whilst some are Pure liver colored. Already we are seeing some of the Pups have their father’s lighter Liver colored coat and some have inherited their mum’s dark Liver coat. Likewise some have got their dad’s longer ears. We will be listing individual photos and descriptions of the boys soon, meanwhile applications can be made by email or via our rightpaw profile.

As with all our Puppies our Murrays will be raised with ENS, Puppy Culture and our specialized assistance dog exposure training. The Pups will come with the same extensive Puppy pack listed on What we do. The pups will have received their first vaccinations (C3), Micro-chipping, worming de flea and tick treatments. Pups going to homes interstate via Aeropets transport will also receive their Kennel cough vaccine prior to departure.

Dam (Mother) Pepper-oni.

Pepper was our introduction to the wonderful world of Murray River retrievers, she was my Partner Ray’s first ever dog and has now spoiled him for all other dogs. Pepper is a classic small legged Murray-which means shes half cat(not really but she acts like it). Pepper loves to hunt Rabbits and Rodents, perching on chairs, couches, beds and tables and doing her best Puss in Boots big eye plee to illicit food and pats. She is Orivet DNA tested for Purity and Embark tested for Health, clear of all genetic diseases with excellent hip and elbow scores for a Chondystrophic dog.

Stud (Father) Blue Swimmer Crab-Bluey

Bluey is one of the few remaining intact Murrays out of Tim Young’s Matilda, one of the original DNA tested dogs who made up Orivet’s DNA profile panel that established the Murrays as a unique breed. Bluey has an exceptional nose and without any training helps his owners and their kids find sand crabs and cockles at the beach. Bluey is very friendly and always has a smile and a tail wag for everyone. Bluey’s coat developed a sun kissed blond feathering as he aged due to exposure to the South Australian sun and frequent trips to the beach. Bluey has been DNA purity tested by Orivet, health tested by Embark, his Hip and elbow scores are exceptional.
